Welcome to the 10 Minute CBT website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our site. By accessing or using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

You agree to use this site in a lawful, respectful and responsible way. You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or using the content for unauthorised commercial purposes.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, videos, downloads and training materials — is the intellectual property of 10 Minute CBT unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any content from this website without written permission from the copyright holder.

Use of any of our materials in connection with other training, publications, or commercial activities is strictly prohibited without prior written agreement.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and store your personal information. We are committed to complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes and will only contact you with your consent.

  1. Accuracy of Information

All content provided on this site is for general information only. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not provide any guarantees, conditions or warranties that the content is free from errors or omissions.

Content does not constitute therapy or clinical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for medical or psychological consultation with a qualified professional.

  1. Therapy Services

Therapy services are offered by Dr Lee David and are subject to professional ethical codes and legal standards. Clients engaging in therapy will receive a separate contract outlining confidentiality, data protection, cancellation policies and professional boundaries.

  1. Training Services

Training is offered to health professionals and educational organisations. All training content is provided in good faith and designed to reflect current best practice. However, 10 Minute CBT does not accept liability for how content is applied in clinical settings. Delegates remain responsible for applying skills in line with local policies, ethical frameworks and professional codes.

  1. Online Courses

Our online courses are delivered through Thinkific, a third-party learning platform. By enrolling, you agree to Thinkific’s terms of use and privacy policy.

Access to your course begins once full payment is received. Course materials are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared or used for group training without written permission. If you wish to use our content for team or organisational training, a separate agreement is required.

Refunds are available within seven days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course. To request a refund, please email of****@************co.uk with your name, the course title and your reason for cancellation.

While we are not responsible for any technical issues on the Thinkific platform, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve access problems where possible.

  1. Workshop Bookings

Booking and Payment

Workshop places are limited and can only be guaranteed once full payment is received. Early bird discounts apply only if payment is received at least six weeks before the event.

Cancellations by Delegates

You may cancel within 7 days of booking (online or in writing) for a full refund. After this period, the following charges apply:

  • Over 8 weeks before: full refund minus £30 admin fee
  • 4–8 weeks: 50% refund
  • 2–4 weeks: 25% refund
  • Less than 2 weeks: no refund

Changing dates may be possible with at least 14 days’ notice. A £30 admin fee will apply. No changes are permitted within 14 days of the workshop date.

Cancellations by 10 Minute CBT

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued. Our liability is limited to the course fee only and we are not liable for associated costs (e.g. travel or accommodation).

External links are provided for convenience and information. We do not control the content or reliability of third-party websites and accept no responsibility for their accuracy, legality or availability. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

  1. Website Availability

We do our best to keep the site available and running smoothly. However, we may occasionally suspend access without notice due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10 Minute CBT shall not be liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect or consequential) arising from use of this website, our materials or any linked resources.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, power failures, internet outages or government restrictions.

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10 Minute CBT and its affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the site indicates your agreement to the most current version.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
